Salas O’Brien partnered with a prominent ingredient manufacturer to lead a comprehensive digital transformation initiative. The goals of this collaboration were to modernize infrastructure, improve data acquisition processes, and strengthen their cybersecurity processes. A key objective was to separate our clients’ Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) networks to ensure efficient operations and security. The outdated operating systems within the OT network required isolation measures and upgrades to reduce risk.
