Manufacturing Line Upgrade

Salas O’Brien has worked with this client to execute multiple projects for their plant. As one of the largest snack companies in the world, our client needed to double the production capacity of the bulk grind line. As a result, our team designed an upgrade to the existing line to increase capacity and reliability. The new line can produce and fill 25-pound cases at a rate of 13 cases per minute. In addition, we provided equipment selection and integration.

We managed the project from the demolition of the obsolete line to the installation and start-up of the new line, including multidisciplinary contractor management.
