Our commitment to action
To support our efforts, we have established a Supplier Diversity Program with a dedicated committee and action plan to expand our reach and encourage consistent practices and education across our growing company. Our program creates opportunities for small and underrepresented businesses, including women-, minority-, and service-disabled veteran-owned, and is built on meaningful actions, measurable results, and self-accountability.
Our annual spend with diverse suppliers in 2023 was nearly 3x our spend in 2021. Together, we’ll realize more innovative and successful solutions for our clients while supporting a more equitable world. It’s a win-win-win.
