Salas O’Brien is partnering with a confidential client to develop multiple data centers in Quebec province.

QBC 1, QBC 6, QBC 11 Data Centres are single-story steel structures. Our team provides comprehensive structural services for the core and shell, and the interior tenant fit-out. Due to high seismic activity, the structural framing system underwent optimization. We are developing the most efficient solution concerning cost and schedule with challenging soil conditions. We utilized Building Information Modeling (BIM) integration for seamless coordination with other disciplines throughout the project.

QBC4 Data Centre is a two-story steel facility has two data halls. We provided structural services for the core and shell, and interior tenant fit-out aspects. We optimized the structural framing system for high seismic activity, and we used BIM for seamless collaboration across all disciplines.
