Rupp Arena Expansion and Renovation

The renovation of Rupp Arena, home to the University of Kentucky Wildcats, encompasses 620,000 square feet and is designed to enhance its interaction with the urban landscape. The lower levels are clad in transparent skin to create transparency to the life inside.

The upgraded bowl seats 23,500 people and includes a new suite level, all-new AV systems, and acoustic upgrades.

Salas O’Brien provided acoustics, audio-video, data, and security systems design for the clubs and concourses.
