Hard Rock Stadium Upgrades

The Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida was chosen to host Super Bowl 54 in 2020. This meant that the stadium needed to be upgraded to accommodate the large crowds and increase the safety of their fans.

We designed new pedestrian bridges and tunnels for them, along with lighting systems. Our pole-mount fixtures for stairs and ramps were designed to work alongside surface-mount linear fixtures mounted to the ceilings of the bridge spans and tunnels. In addition, we provided emergency lighting via battery packs inside the tunnels and handrail-mounted fixtures to illuminate the stairways.

The end result was a safe and well-lit path for pedestrians to get to and from the multipurpose NFL / NCAA football stadium, and was completed on schedule before the big game.
