Brownstones Townhouses Stair Rehabilitation

Salas O’Brien worked with Wilson Blanchard Management to provide Stairway Rehabilitation for the Brownstones Townhouse complex. The original staircases were built with concrete flights and brick wall guards, but these weren’t protected against moisture penetration, leading to deterioration. To make them safe and cost-effective, we designed a sustainable solution needing minimal maintenance, cosmetically pleasing and compliant with building codes. We completed the design, handled bidding process and permitting, and provided contract administration services and project management.
