Roof Replacement Project

Salas O’Brien partnered with the City of Toronto to provide comprehensive services, including investigation, design, and contract administration for roof replacement on city buildings. Our team successfully completed a cold-applied roofing system for multiple city facilities, a heritage window replacement for Fire Station 241, the Toronto Police Headquarters, and University Settlement Community Centre, and a complete roof and window replacement for 126 Paper Avenue – a heritage-designated building.

The contracted work was designed with precision and care to deliver high-quality results. Our team worked diligently to meet deadlines and keep costs as low as possible without sacrificing quality.
