Bottling Facility Upgrades

Our team at Salas O’Brien installed two custom-built, continuously custom equipment on an underused bottling line to address the sustained double-digit growth of this client’s most profitable brand. A technically challenging feat, adding this custom equipment allowed our client to manufacture a wider variety of products, making it a substantial investment. We then launched a series of projects to maximize production. The new equipment brought higher volumes and increased production, creating improvements across the facility and production lines. In addition, we conducted time-study analyses to identify and implement necessary equipment upgrades, increasing production by over 90 percent.

Our strong relationship with the client and our intimate understanding of their current and future needs helped us anticipate how these upgrades would impact operations at this facility and their other facilities. As a result, this project established us as their go-to strategic advisors for short- and long-term facility enhancements.
