Yonge Street Parking Garage

Salas O’Brien joined forces with GWL Realty Advisors Inc. to address the deteriorating state of their parking garage, which had seen its structural integrity compromised due to outdated waterproofing systems. The complex in uptown Toronto served three central towers comprising government offices, private commercial spaces, a hotel, and a library.

We designed a permit package with all related details for the necessary repairs and provided project management and contract administration services between 2018-2022. The project included comprehensive work such as repairing structure concrete, replacing the waterproofing system, and rebuilding the drainage system—all of which we carried out while the parking garage remained operational.
