Dr. Kirk Lewis Career & Technical High School (CTHS)

Dr. Kirk Lewis Career & Technical High School (CTHS) serves 1,700 students, preparing them for 21st-century vocational careers while earning college credits. With a focus on the Houston-area job market, the school is equipped with facilities to support careers from cosmetology to welding to construction. Pasadena ISD needed a reliable partner for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design services. Salas O’Brien’s years of experience in the Houston-area K-12 engineering and our reputation for reliability and transparency met the district’s needs and more. We concentrated on vocation-specific areas to enhance student learning through collaborative spaces for small group interaction and informal meetings.

In addition, we committed to making energy efficiency a high priority for Pasadena ISD, and the 27,5 acre-site that utilizes day lighting, recycling, and low-products.
