West Lincoln Memorial Hospital

Salas O’Brien is providing mechanical and plumbing engineering consulting services for the West Lincoln Memorial Hospital (WLMH) Redevelopment. The development of a new, larger hospital on the grounds behind the existing institution will benefit West Niagara residents for many years to come.

WLMH offers both inpatient and outpatient treatments, such as emergency care, complex and palliative care, surgery, and a maternity and newborn program. As a Hamilton Health Sciences location, WLMH serves as a gateway to one of Canada’s largest healthcare systems for patients needing more specialized care.

The new hospital will adhere to the Ministry of Health’s high standards for patient and family-centered care, including senior-friendly design, accessibility, and infection prevention and control.
