Five-Story Medical Building

Salas O’Brien recently worked with Engenius Development to provide project management services for developing a new 5-story medical building. We coordinated between consultants to ensure the design drawings were accurate and prepared procurement documents for the client to help them through the bidding process for contractor selection. In addition, we managed the entire project from start to finish, providing budget and timeline management tools.

Through our partnership with our partners, we created a seamless collaboration that allowed us to deliver a successful medical building on time and within budget.
