Salas O’Brien is providing full-scope MEP engineering services for a 400 MW data center campus utilizing a proprietary, liquid cooling system. The closed-loop design is resource-efficient. Our team is providing customizable and scalable design services for these data buildings, which will support Artificial Intelligence (AI) infrastructure needs.

This mega campus will house a client’s flagship AI facility. Our team is leveraging advanced digital twins and 3D modeling for virtual design, which helps streamline site planning, scheduling, and sequencing. We designed the facilities to be resilient and provide continuous operation. By initiating early collaborative team design processes and fostering strong relationships with equipment vendors, we tailor the facilities to precise specifications and effectively handle procurement, especially for long-lead equipment.
