Salas O’Brien partnered with a local skin care manufacturer to install a new fabrication skid in a remote area distant from the other production activities. Our team designed and installed drainage, mechanical utilities, and electrical power distribution to accommodate new equipment requirements in an area where they were not previously available. We also installed a dust collection system to protect users from hazardous material exposure and ensure compliance with local atmospheric emission regulations. Due to the building’s inability to support substantial loads, we installed structures for the pipe rack, electrical cable tray, and maintenance hoist. As a result, the client increased their capacity while ensuring compliance with local atmospheric emission regulations.
