Continuous Cleanser Fabrication Skid

Salas O’Brien collaborated with a local skin care product manufacturer to install a new fabrication skid in the building, converting a section formerly belonging to the warehouse. Our team integrated the skid into the plant’s process, including the purified water and clean-in-place systems. We modified the existing equipment and added a new buffer tank and transfer pumps. We developed and implemented a solution to ensure a consistent supply of softened water to meet the special requirement of inline dilution, which is the first in this facility, with minimal alterations to their existing network. Additionally, we designed and installed drainage and mechanical utilities distribution to accommodate the needs of the new equipment. As a result of minor adjustments to the existing network, the client experienced a significant increase in productivity.
