Cardiac Care Center

St. Mary’s is the second-largest acute care hospital in the St. Joseph’s Health System and a regional Cardiac Care Centre, located in the heart of Kitchener, Ontario.

Salas O’Brien provided on-site construction and upgrade support by delivering electrical, mechanical, plumbing, ICAT, connectivity, and security design services. We also provide continuing support for the healthcare complex.

Our technology designers also worked on upgrading their CCTV system, which included constructing and installing a new fiber-optic backbone to support the new system as a distinct structure. A new head-end platform situated in a purpose-built communications room manages the new CCTV system. renovated, user-friendly security office with a user-friendly interface to the CCTV camera system is included in the new deployment.
