Darrell K Royal Texas Memorial Stadium

The design of the new south end zone fully enclosed the Darrell K Royal Texas Memorial Football Stadium for the first time in its history. In addition, the project added new suites, clubs, loge boxes, sponsor amenities, modified fan seating, and new coaches’ offices to the south end zone.

Salas O’Brien designed a new video screen that is 55.85 feet by 134.38 feet wide and has 2,723,840 physical pixels. In addition, we provided acoustic, audio, video, video production, and broadcast cabling design for the spaces within the new south end zone and designed a new stadium sound system.
