Salas O’Brien partnered with this major nutrition manufacturer to design a new wrap-around case packer with lane dividers, case labelers, check weighers, a palletizer, a stretch wrapper, and new conveyance equipment.

The project had a very tight timeline to get the product on retailers’ shelves, lacking internal resources to lead and oversee project vendors. As a result, our team performed equipment specification, concept line layout, power and utility design, equipment procurement, installation, line integration, and qualification assistance.

Our turnkey approach to project management helped meet schedule demands and relieved the client’s need for additional in-house resources to lead and oversee efforts.
