Dairy Process Simulation

A major food and beverage client needed significant upgrades to their process system due to higher production demands, so they asked Salas O’Brien to develop a process production simulation to identify necessary upgrades.

Through collaboration, our process established critical criteria to inform the simulation effort and provide guidance on the use case(s) to which the model would apply. Our team built a functional requirement during the discovery and collaboration steps to allow review and alignment before investing time in the modeling effort. We also established the various scenarios that validated and scaled the model to test new requirements established by the capacity increases.

As a result of our modular approach to simulation builds, we quickly adapted the model to various options and additional efforts the client may require in the future.
