65 Heward Avenue Building Renovation

Salas O’Brien and Kevric recently completed a successful project at 65 Heward Avenue, including a roof replacement and structural renovation. The property is a partial two-story building with commercial offices. We provided a comprehensive range of services from design to completion. We were responsible for the structural design of a new feature stair, elevator shaft, rooftop patio, roof equipment, and the one-story expansion added to the existing building. Structural elements involved helical piles, composite steel framing, a concrete deck, and steel joists. Additionally, we undertook to replace the entire building roof with no active leaks reported.

The success of this project was primarily due to our engineering expertise and strong communication throughout all stages of the process.
