Entertainment Company Building Consolidation and Renovation

Salas O’Brien partnered with this Fortune 50 Entertainment Company to consolidate three office buildings into two at the Redmond Town Center campus. The team optimized floor space and created new amenities such as a work café and game room, all to better attract and retain talent in an ever-growing competitive market.

The design features “neighborhoods” of open offices adjacent to natural light, interspersed by breakout spaces with a variety of furniture and writeable surfaces. The new space also includes meeting rooms, cafés on each level, game rooms, test labs, locker rooms and bike rooms.

We worked with the client and contractor to strategically divide the project into phases to provide our client clarity in employee relocation and opportunities to recalibrate the budget and scope as needed , which was especially valuable considering a tight construction schedule.
