Water Process System Upgrade

An international beverage manufacturer needed to upgrade a production line to begin producing bottled water. High-demand specifications resulted in the development of specialized equipment and customized process solutions. Our team provided water process system upgrades such as a reverse osmosis water system, including design, detailed engineering, and construction supervision for six plants across Canada. In addition, the project’s second phase consisted of adding the capability to produce high-energy drinks in two of the six facilities. The project team assisted with procuring, installing, and integrating the required equipment and utilities.

Our electrical and control team also designed instrumentation and controls for repeatable processes manufactured at all Canadian plants across the product lines. We completed the project on time and on budget, including commissioning and training for operators and maintenance personnel.
