To expand this lifestyle hub, property developers approached our team at Salas O’Brien to provide comprehensive engineering solutions. Our team provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design to add 37,000 square feet of retail space, 36,000 square feet of office space, and a spacious parking garage. The completed construction blends seamlessly with existing structures while further increasing sophistication and charm within the old-town feel of the area.
