Salas O’Brien provided critical project management services through all phases of a new pharmaceutical packaging facility. We defined user requirements, then provided architectural design, building engineering, packaging engineering, and procurement services. In the programming phase, we maximized production flow in both the existing and new facilities while adhering to strict timelines.

The design team achieved significant cost savings through value engineering and worked with the construction manager for up-to-date budget estimates to mitigate cost inflation. During construction, we served as owner’s representative to help ensure timely project completion.
