One Bennett Park

Salas O’Brien provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design for this 70-story high-rise. Our work on this project resulted in one of the most popular residential high-rises in downtown Chicago. The Art Deco-inspired building includes 280 luxury units, 70 ultra-luxury units, and a two-acre public park.

Amenities include multiple fitness areas, an outdoor pool, recreational rooftop terraces, outdoor kitchen areas, fire pits, and multiple lounge spaces. In addition to engineering design services, our team provided LEED consulting and system commissioning resulting in LEED Silver certification.
