Airport Parking Lots Rehabilitation

Salas O’Brien partnered with the Greater Toronto Airport Authority (GTAA) to renovate their Groundside parking lots. The lots are regularly filled to daily capacity, resulting in the pavement reaching the end of its lifecycle. To maintain daily operations, our team coordinated the project in phases, managing a multi-disciplinary team of consultants.

The improvements included repaving and drainage for 780 parking spaces across two main parking lots – GTAA Administrative Parking Lots and South Firehall/Firehall One. In addition, we upgraded the lighting system and wayfinding throughout.
