Cypress Park High School

Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District is the third largest school district in Texas. Cypress Park is the district’s 11th high school.

The three-story structure features a multi-level atrium, a community building for fine arts and indoor athletics, and an auditorium. The building is part of a master-planned, multi-campus educational village site that will also include a middle school and an elementary school.

Our engineers designed a remote central plant, water-cooled chillers, gas-fired boilers, chilled and hot water piping, and five electrical services to support the high school, as well as a full sprinkler system with a fire pump and domestic booster pump. The finished high school can accommodate up to 3,000 students, and has already relieved overflow from the nearby Cypress Springs and Cypress Lakes high schools—accomplishing the district council’s goal for expansion and retention.
