For the past nine years, Salas O’Brien has partnered with a Seattle-based international coffee retailer providing site surveys, renovations, tenant improvements, and new construction services for more than 800 locations in the United States and China/Asia/Pacific markets. Working closely with the company’s design team, we deliver store designs that recognize local community significance while exhibiting a unified brand experience for customers. Projects range from 3,000 square feet to 11,000 square feet.
