Renovation of Seven West Coast Offices

Salas O’Brien partnered with the American Red Cross on a rollout of seven West Coast projects. Our team permitted these projects across three states — Oregon, Nevada, and California — ensuring the process was smooth in jurisdictions with rigorous requirements.

We evaluated and implemented building alterations to accommodate security measures and code compliance, with accessibility playing a significant role in the design upgrades.

Because the American Red Cross is a universally recognized humanitarian organization with a rich history, the new facilities needed to support that legacy for volunteers, employees, and visitors alike. As a result, our team provided the Red Cross with finish designs to complement their brand’s trademark red where appropriate and value engineering when needed.
