Wanting a more central and prominent location for its International HQ, Wilson Sporting Goods secured space in one of Chicago’s most recognizable landmarks, the Prudential Plaza, overlooking Millennium Park. With an extensive portfolio of tenant-interior build-out experience in downtown Chicago, Salas O’Brien provided complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology design services.

The floorplates feature open office workstations, private offices, conference rooms, collaboration and team rooms, phone rooms, pantries, reception area, copy rooms, mailrooms, breakroom, training room, a 300-square foot server room, IDF rooms, and other associated support areas.
