Don CeSar Historic Hotel

This 1928 iconic hotel was in desperate need of system upgrades for hotel guest comfort and energy efficiency and cost savings. The redefined spaces include a multitude of projects over the last three years.

The modernized facilities allow guests to relax in grand rooms with upgraded HVAC and plumbing, take in a meal at many restaurants on-site, or have a party in the grand ballrooms. Our designs included these guest rooms upgrades in HVAC, plumbing, and technology, completely upgraded commercial kitchens and dining rooms, and renovations to the ballrooms. The once vacation home for F. Scott Fitzgerald is re-imagined for today’s guests.
