A pharmaceutical company needed to fit an existing shell space inside an operating facility with minimal disruption to daily business. The facility’s remote location posed challenges in accessing qualified subcontractors at competitive prices.

Services included everything from schedule development to change order reviews and special inspection coordination. Our expertise and regional connections led to a deep bidding pool with highly qualified subcontractors.

The project team installed five new process suites, upgraded and upgraded existing utilities, expanded the purified water system, and installed a new HVAC system, dust collector, Clean in Place, skid, and vacuum skid. As a result, we delivered the project ahead of schedule, minimizing disruption to plant activities while maximizing the project’s value.
