Healthpeak’s new iconic corporate campus in South San Francisco offers state-of-the-art amenities for life science and technology tenants. Salas O’Brien structurally designed this high-performance office and laboratory facility, including a parking garage, to the highest seismic standards paying attention to reducing floor vibrations for maximum flexibility. In addition, we employed dynamic structural engineering to make the most of budget, schedule, and architectural integration while maximizing seismic performance.
