As the next step in Salas O’Brien’s strategy to be local everywhere, with international resources, the Epsten team will continue to be managed by its current leaders and will adopt the Salas O’Brien name after a transition period. The merger closed on February 1, marking the second company to join Salas O’Brien in 2023. This merger expands Salas O’Brien’s presence to more than 65 North American offices with over 2,050 team members.

City of Atlanta – Grant Park Gateway

The City of Atlanta invested in a four-story, semi-underground parking garage with 1,000 spaces, a 2.5-acre green roof and 4,000-square-foot restaurant. The garage and its surrounding park-like setting achieved triple certification from LEED, SITES, and Parksmart.
