Salas O’Brien announced today that Grant Reindl has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role is a natural extension of Reindl’s current duties and provides critical financial strategy and leadership to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

Reindl joined Salas O’Brien in 2020 and has been serving as Vice President—Corporate Development, Financial Planning & Analysis with a focus on merger and acquisition strategy, corporate integrations, tax planning, and financial planning and forecasting. He has led over 20 merger deals for the organization, with eight in 2022 alone despite a downward trend in strategic deals worldwide. His strategic guidance and financial leadership have contributed to Salas O’Brien’s track record of sustained growth.

Grant has had a notable impact on Salas O’Brien in a relatively short period of time and is a natural choice for this role. He is well-respected by everyone who works with him and has all the characteristics of a successful CFO. His financial skills are second to none, he has an incredible work ethic and great humility, and he is driven to do what is best for our organization, clients, team, and other stakeholders. I couldn’t ask for a better financial leader and have the highest confidence in his ability to carry Salas O’Brien forward as part of our executive team.
