Partnerships Program

Salas O’Brien has been providing Partnership Program support to the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-9, Installation Management Command (IMCOM), and the US Army Reserve since 2017 to present day. As a result of this strategic program support nationwide, the Army is estimated to have saved $9.6 million over time.

Our work includes strengthening relationships with community leaders surrounding Army installations. Our team promotes a cohesive approach to policy advocacy and work to address key policy issues and legislative challenges. Salas O’Brien provides technical support to Army installations for the development of Intergovernmental Support Agreements (IGSAs) across the United States. This support includes identifying partnership opportunities, and partner organizations to enhance efficiencies, bolster mission readiness, and support solider and family quality of life.
