Partnerships Program

Salas O’Brien has been providing support to the Assistant Secretary of the Army (ASA) for Installations, Energy, and Environment (IE&E) Installation Management Command (IMCOM) and the US Army Reserve through the Partnership Program since 2017. As a result of this strategic program support nationwide, the Army is estimated to have saved $9.6 million over time.

Our work includes strengthening relationships with community leaders surrounding Army installations. Our team promotes a cohesive approach to policy advocacy, working to address key policy issues and legislative challenges. Salas O’Brien provides technical support to Army installations for the development of Intergovernmental Support Agreements (IGSAs) across the United States. This support includes identifying partnership opportunities and partnering with organizations to enhance efficiencies, bolster mission readiness, and support the quality of life for soldiers and their families.
