Salas O’Brien was recently selected to provide mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design services for this multi-tower luxury residential development. The North Tower, spanning 968,000 square feet and 75 stories, will be completed first, followed by the South Tower, which covers 756,000 square feet and spans 67 stories. When complete, it will have 1,100 apartment units split between the two towers, 20 percent affordable units, and 300 underground parking spaces. The towers will include luxury condominium residences and apartments and will be connected by a four-story podium housing a mix of residential amenities. In addition, the development will pursue LEED Silver.
