A major food processor chose Salas O’Brien to execute capital improvement projects across multiple midwest sites with a yearly spend of $15 million to $18 million per site. Salas O’Brien provided engineering, procurement, construction management, construction site supervision, and construction site supervision personnel as the owner’s agent and partner to execute critical sustaining capital projects at the owner’s manufacturing sites.

Our team implemented a site management program that included project management services, scope development for funding approval, and the management of engineering providers, suppliers, and contractors.
