Choice Hotels International is one of the largest hotel franchises in the world, with over 6,400 hotels spanning 40 countries and territories. With the tag line “upscale but never uptight,” Choice Hotels’ Cambria brand serves a niche of their luxury market. Our team provided engineering services for the new 19-story, 130-key Cambria Hotel, which features a rooftop pool and a 9,400-square-foot restaurant with a stage for live performances. The hotel is well-equipped with an additional 5,000 square feet of meeting space for group gatherings, banquets, and conferences.

We provided an in-depth energy analysis to review lifetime energy consumption and cost. In addition, we designed an amazing façade lighting solution to really make this hotel “sing.”
