I am eager to see him continue his impact on Salas O’Brien in this elevated capacity.”
Bucha joined Salas O’Brien with the merger of SIA Solutions in 2021. He is a Certified Industrial Hygienist and Certified Safety Professional with over three decades of safety management and EHS consulting experience, and a proven track record of results.
“Jim’s elevation into this important role is a big step forward for Salas O’Brien and signals to our team members, clients, and partners that safety continues to be a top priority,” shared Srini Neralla, Senior Managing Principal. “I am impressed with Jim’s strategic approach and vision for how we can further infuse best practices, education, and awareness into our culture and make our workplace safer, healthier and happier for everyone.”
“My philosophy is one of synchronicity, where safety exists as an important aspect of the business in conjunction with other operations,” said Bucha. “Given our size and reach as a growing company, now is the perfect time for Salas O’Brien to place an increased focus on this aspect of our business. I’m excited to step into this role and look forward to working closely with teams across the broader organization.”
