We provided strategic project management by developing a Process Flow Diagram (PFD) to map out all processes, reviewing with the client to ensure that it achieved targeted throughput for their product and supported future expanded scope.

Ohio-based pharmaceutical packaging facility

Our team provided critical project management services through all phases of a new pharmaceutical packaging facility. We defined user requirements, then provided architectural design, building engineering, packaging engineering, and procurement services.

Illinois-based flavors packaging facility

The project called for eight lines of various-sized packing units to fit within the existing facility while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations. To meet this goal, we strategically placed three levels of equipment for powder handling, sifting, and pack-off.
