This conference is being rescheduled due to Hurricane Milton.

Aaron Thompson and Terry Tullis will explain the benefits of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and share key strategies for successfully determining TCO at the 2024 SMRP Annual Conference on October 9, 2024. Register for the event here.

TCO is an integrated approach to maximizing return on investment (ROI) by summing all known and estimated costs, including initial, operations and maintenance, utilities, renewal, and end-of-useful life expenses. TCO improves financial planning, budget analysis, and reporting, providing administrators insight into investment performance and future requirements. It identifies funding gaps and opportunities for cost reduction. Additionally, TCO fosters collaboration and cultural transformation within organizations by structuring asset cost considerations, which is essential for sustainable asset management in a dynamic environment.
