Salas O’Brien announced today that sustainability leader Epsten Group has joined the firm. Together, the firms will create a brighter future with sustainable solutions for the built environment.
The merger creates significant shared value through broader in-house expertise, enhanced opportunities for employee ownership, and limitless potential for personal and professional growth.
Epsten Group’s capabilities and portfolio complement Salas O’Brien’s expertise in sustainability consulting, building commissioning, architecture and interior design. Through its projects and company culture, Epsten Group works to create a global impact surrounding green initiatives.
As the next step in Salas O’Brien’s strategy to be local everywhere, with international resources, the Epsten team will continue to be managed by its current leaders and will adopt the Salas O’Brien name after a transition period. The merger closed on February 1, marking the second company to join Salas O’Brien in 2023. This merger expands Salas O’Brien’s presence to more than 65 North American offices with over 2,050 team members.
