“My philosophy is one of synchronicity, where safety exists as an important aspect of the business in conjunction with other operations,” said Bucha. “Given our size and reach as a growing company, now is the perfect time for Salas O’Brien to place an increased focus on this aspect of our business. I’m excited to step into this role and look forward to working closely with teams across the broader organization.”
