Thomas St. Denis, PE, LEED AP, leads a team focused on delivering complex, high-performance environments across a range of markets. A civil and structural engineer by training, he brings more than 35 years of experience guiding integrated teams and aligning strategy, design, and delivery to meet client goals.
His portfolio spans master planning and utility infrastructure for higher education campuses to major renovations and new construction across healthcare, industrial, and commercial facilities. Tom is known for building strong, collaborative teams, anticipating challenges early, and driving practical, well-coordinated solutions that keep projects—and clients—moving forward.
