Paul has served as president and COO since 2006. His dedication to operational excellence, client success, and financial acumen have elevated Salas O’Brien as an industry leader, achieving steady year-over-year growth.
He is a passionate champion for cross-team collaboration and mentorship, setting the example with his enthusiastic leadership of the firm’s expansive technical and corporate services teams. Whether visiting team members at one of Salas O’Brien’s many offices or helping to find the right solutions for a client, Paul exudes an energy and love for life that is inspirational and contagious.
Paul is a proud graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he remains an actively engaged alumnus. With his wife Paola, also a Notre Dame alumnus, he established a scholarship for students in need and serves as a mentor in the AnBryce Scholars program. In his local community, Paul launched the “Engineer for a Day” program in collaboration with organizations serving at-risk youth.
