Minh Ong has served as the CAD Department Lead at Salas O’Brien for decades, playing a critical role in delivering the firm’s major projects. She has produced comprehensive physical and electronic drawing deliverables, including construction documents and record drawings. Minh is known for her strong coordination with contractors, architects, engineers, and owners. Her leadership includes hiring, training, and supervising our CAD and Revit team members, as well as developing and maintaining internal AutoCAD standards.
