Jon Vernau is a retired U.S. Army officer with more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning active duty, civilian government, and the private sector. He serves as the Managing Principal of Salas O’Brien’s Federal Division, where he oversees all personnel, business development, strategic initiatives, and the implementation of corporate directives across several service lines, including Partnerships, Energy, Environmental, Robotics, EPC, and Strategic Consulting.
